You must receive an RMA Number and it must be placed boldly on all products and documentation before it will be received by Dynetic Systems.

OPTION 1 Evaluation - $50.00 Fee We require an up front evaluation fee of $50.00 per motor. This charge only covers the costs to determine if the motor is repairable. If it is determined that the motor failure is warranty related the $50.00 fee will be waived. If the motor is found to be under a non-warranty issue, you will be responsible for the $50.00 evaluation fee and advised of the additional cost to repair the motor If the decision is not to repair the motor or if Dynetic Systems determines the motor is Beyond Economical Repair (BER) the $50.00 fee will still apply. If the motor is BER, Dynetic Systems will notify you for instructions to either return the unrepairable motor or to destroy the motor at our plant. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the unrepairable unit back to you. OPTION 2 Engineering Evaluation - $195.00 Fee. If you require a complete engineering evaluation including our best estimate of root cause of the failure, there is an additional $195.00 per motor fee charge.
